This project was a complete rehab with a small addition added.  The house had great bones but had not been updated since 1955 and had an awkward layout. In addition to selecting all-new interior and exterior finishes, completely reworking the overall floor plans, providing elevations of proposed designs, we project managed from beginning to end.
