A face to face meeting is the best way for clients to get to know us. As we get to know each other during our first meeting, we’ll want to listen to your ideas and look at any architectural drawings, blueprints or inspiration photos you may have. We really want to get a good understanding of your vision and dreams.
We begin the design process with a letter of agreement that defines our scope of work and design fee. Our design fee is based on the project size and involvement required. We can assist you with the selections of materials and products, floor plans, detail drawings, installation of all products, budgets, project timelines, and project management.
Once we have agreed to the scope of work and your design vision, we will go to work creating a beautiful space for you! We will then present the design concept, color scheme, fabrics and furnishings and an initial budget to make sure we are all on the same page. The final design phase will include working drawings, tear sheets of all agreed upon furniture and fabrics, and the final budget.
After you approve the final budget and sign the proposal, we will order your selections and provide you with delivery times.
And in the end, you will have that beautiful space you have always dreamed of!
